Define roles

As mentioned earlier, it is very important to know the difference between a function and a role:

the difference between a function and a role is that someone has a function and fulfills a role.

Role: coherent package of tasks that can be performed by one or more persons. The term 'role' is in fact a general term that is used to indicate who is allowed to perform which actions. An employee has one organizational position to which one or more roles can be linked. Someone who takes on a role is responsible for a package of tasks that are not specific to the position held.

  1. Here you can select how many records should be displayed on one page.
  2. Here you can search within the list based on the search key you entered.
  3. This is the list of roles
  4. The actions, change or delete.
  5. You can use it to scroll through the pages based on the list.
  6. Here you create a new role within the system.
  7. By clicking the button add role, the system saves the new role.
