ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the best known and most widely used internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It focuses on preventing errors and forms a good basis for implementing and setting up a quality management system.
IATF 16949
The IATF 16949 standard has been specifically developed for companies in the automotive industry and is based on the ISO 9001 standard. The goal is to improve system and process quality to increase customer satisfaction. It identifies problems and risks in the production process and supply chain in order to eliminate their causes and take corrective and preventive actions. The focus is not on discovery, but on preventing mistakes.
HKZ
The HKZ standard is a quality management system for more than 30 branches in the Dutch healthcare sector, including care and nursing homes, mental health institutions, home care organizations, childcare and pharmacies. The certificate mainly relates to the primary processes, such as intake or indication, the performance of services and aftercare, as well as supporting processes, such as personnel policy. The standard sets requirements for the continuous improvement of care and services.
