Create, Manage and View issues

Within this chapter, we will describe how to register and manage issues as well as how the historical overview works.

An issue within Conformatix can be related to many parts of the processes and workflows, requirements and such. They can be added by your users when they encounter a possible improvement in a process or in one of the steps in a process. We distinguish several issue types.

  • Audit - For issues found during or related to an audit
  • Context analysis - For issues that are related to the context of the organisation
  • Crucial - For issues that are crucial for the performance or execution of a process.
  • Risk Treatment - For issues that are related to mitigating risks (Risk Module)
  • Improvement - For issues that are none of the above and are not necessarily bound to a process.
