Define Projects

On this page you can view all projects that play a role and are important to the context of the organization. Projects can be linked to issues or other parts of your Conformatix environment. You can point a project to another substantive location from here and manage its status.

You can also manage the list and create and delete projects here.

1. Select how many projects should be displayed on one page.
2. The actions edit & delete, the list of projects, their name 7 description, the status.
3. The search option will dynamically display the project list based on the search key you entered.
4. Option to navigate throug the pages based on the length of the list and the option set under 2.
5. Here you can create new projects which start with the name of the project you want to add and
6. give it a description to your liking so others might better grasp the contaxt of the project.
7. Enter here any link to which the project should refer
8. The name of the link is shown in the overview to make long URLs clear (For example, when using Sharepoint, the URLs to source references are often very long.)
9. Select the status of the project from the drop-down list.
10. Will add/save the project to your list.

By pressing the button "Edit" a modal opens in which you can make the adjustments.

The delete action allows you to delete an existing project.

A warning may be displayed asking if you are sure as the action cannot be undone.
