Release notes 1.3.5

Conformatix® v1.3.5 Release notes.

Release date: December 10th 2019

Some of the fixes and additional functionalities are related to conformatix’s risk module. This module makes it easy to identify and manage risks. Focus on – but not limited to – information security. If you do not use this module yet, please consider it and contact us.

1.) Audit report

The Insights now also has an Audit report.

The report can be exported to MS Word so it can be edited later;

For each process in selection;

  • Process Name
  • Scope & approach
  • Global result
  • Related requirements
  • Registered issues during this audit (key = process – audit/issue date (same) – auditor (user)
  • For each Issue, the related requirements (if registered)

2.) Process – PDF report

Create a PDF that contains the process details and all possible steps.
In processes screen there is now an additional PDF button (action button).

Clicking this action button creates a PDF where all process steps (in right sequence) and all process steps details (Role, Asset names, Instructions, etc.) are wrapped in a PDF.
This is a very useful feature when implementing the management system or in case of process redesign.
This is especially good to have when external parties (Customers) who would request a certain process documented. (button color red).

3.) Create issue action button on Audit result screen

When registering an audit result on a process, it is now be possible to create an issue without leaving the actual context;

  • Action button Issue on Audit result screen;
  • Process name in issue pre-filled (Audit result is related to Process;
  • User pre-filled (is auditor who is registering the audit result)
  • Issue date should be actual date (this should be a general setting for all date fields)

4.) Navigation buttons process steps

To improve readability and navigation (less clicks when reading a process);

  • Next and previous button on process step screen;

o view process step screen and

o full screen modus screen remains (if activated) while using the buttons

5.) Processes – Process step - Crucial

We can now set wheter or not a process step is crucial

  • When switched to yes;

o Select: Frequency;
o Select Start Date;

  • Switched to yes will;

o Create an open task in the dashboard of the process owner at start date, start date + frequency.
o Send an email notification to the process owner when an open task is created.

  • An additional checkbox is now present in my tasks to display only crucial tasks.

6.) Update of the rich text editor (RTE)

The RTE the menu now has; picture upload, code view and table menu options.

7.) Process screen – add requirements to processes

Many users asked for this, so here it is. One can now when selecting a main chapter, add either all requirements in this chapter or single requirement.

8.) New action buttons.

We decided that the action buttons where in need of a makeover. Now we have action icons instead of icons with text.

This looks way better and the tooltip is telling you whta the icon does.

9.) Compliance screen - Legend

Lay-out has been improved with a more smooth movement of legend when scrolling.

Bigger grey block; some space before letters and after colored circles makes it better readable in the requirements

10.) Processes – Process steps – Add Assets

The add asset dropdown now allows a search and a scroldown for easier navigation

11.) Compliance – Content box requirements

The compliance context box has been resized for easier scrolling
